- explore what KM is
- identify where and how KM can be applied
- discuss new and evolving KM ideas
There are so many varying definitions, applications and flavors of KM it’s almost impossible to nail down exactly what it is.
Governments and industry are pouring large sums of money in “the knowledge economy” but what exactly are they doing and what are they getting out of it?
